The study of Gravitational Waves (GW) gives humankind an extended view of the cosmos that stretches all the way back to The Big Bang. There is now a growing interest to extend the detection bandwidth to low frequency to obtain a complete picture of cosmic events and astrophysical phenomena. This unique and new opportunity to expand our knowledge depends on the realization of low frequency GW detectors. This is where ELGAR appears.
